Over a 10 week programme, the entire floor of Level 2 117 Clarence Street included a full make good of an office fitout, walls, flooring, ceiling, furniture and services.

The lift lobby and bathroom to the floor also included an extensive make-over. The existing floor tiles upgrade with a concrete look tile, lift doors painted, walls cladded in an ecloinear timber panel finish and ceilings and lighting updated.

The bathrooms went through an extensive review, many test fits and compliance reviews to upgrade to compliant DDA codes, adding in ambulant toilets and a disabled bathroom to the limited space. Nickaz helped to problem solve services, and were able to reduce the total number of sinks and pans for an economical result.

The floor was brought back to base – all services revert back to open plan, a new ceiling grid installed, updated LED lighting for better light, energy and environmental efficiencies, and existing workstations re-furbished with a customised streamlined system to help partially fitout the space.
