Nickaz were appointed to the spec fitout for this empty space in Clarence Street to draw attention in to prospective tenants from the lift lobby, and tie in finishes to work in with the spaces unique carpet.
The finishes were warm earthy tones of laminates for the custom joinery, including the feature posts utilised instead of frosting to the front of the boardroom. The front waiting area carpet was pulled up to expose the concrete, and the use of glass wherever possible helped to draw the natural light in from the exterior windows all the way to the reception.
The space was decorated with feature pendants lights and planter boxes in the open areas.
