All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen site conditions are encountered.
Any variation to the originally agreed-upon works must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.
A deposit is required prior to commencement of any work, as specified in your proposal or invoice.
Progress payments may be required for long-term or staged projects.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with applicable Australian laws.
All content, designs, plans, concepts, drawings, and documentation created by Nickaz Australia remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use final deliverables for their intended purpose only and may not reproduce, resell or distribute without prior written consent.
Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for project completion.
Access to the site and adequate facilities must be provided to allow our team to perform the work safely and efficiently.
Any delay caused by the client may impact project timelines and may incur additional charges.
Nickaz Australia warrants that our services will be provided with due care, skill, and diligence in accordance with Australian consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the applicable warranty period as outlined in your project documentation.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.
In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage and resource allocation.
